Mary Lou Morris has spent most her life traveling and experiencing much of what life has to offer. First with her family as a child coming to the US from Australia, and then as an adult, she has lived many places and seen many changes in her life. From a background in traditional medicine she moved into alternative methods and natural healing. She integrated physical health of the body with the mind and spirit when she became a fitness/wellness counselor and personal trainer. Having been on her own spiritual path for many years it was natural for her to move into teaching and sharing her knowledge and experiences with others. She has been a Reiki Master/Teacher for over 16 years, integrating assorted energy healing practices into her work as a practitioner.
Though having studied with many teachers and experts, it was after reading don Miguel Ruiz’s book, “The Four Agreements” she realized she had found her true path. Her focus since 2000 has been with the work of the Toltec traditions in the Eagle Knight lineage of Miguel Ruiz.
She has now created her own teaching path, “A Breath of Fresh Air”. Integrating what she has learned from all her mentors and personal experiences she offers a variety of unique and refreshing pathways to your own personal freedom and fulfillment in life. Creating and teaching workshops, personalized coaching, speaking engagements, Feng Shui consultations, energy work, and minister of marriage are among her offerings.
Mary Lou has also authored her own book, “Getting Everything You Want….your guide to wealth, success, relationships and love”.
